Q1: How much does pool opening cost?
Pool opening is $525. No contract required and no hidden fees. Book your spot now
before our summer schedule fills up!
Q2: What is included in a pool opening?
We remove and store your winter cover, reconnect and start up your motor, heater,
filter, and pool cleaner, reinstall all deck equipment like ladders and diving boards,
and do an initial shock and pH balance treatment to get your water swim-ready.
Q3: Do you offer service packages?
Yes! Our Silver package starts at $1,100 and includes pool opening and closing. Gold
is $2,600 and adds 8 bi-weekly visits plus 10% off parts. Platinum is $3,950 and
includes 16 weekly visits and winter watch service — our most popular package!
Q4: Do you offer regular cleaning visits?
Yes! Standalone cleaning visits start at $185 per visit. We vacuum, skim, backwash,
and balance your water chemistry. Plus every cleaning visit includes a FREE water chemistry test — a $100 value — all summer long at no extra charge.
Q5: What areas do you serve?
We serve Carroll County, Baltimore County, Howard County, Harford County, and selected Baltimore City zip codes. Trusted by Maryland homeowners since 2002.
Q6: Is there a contract required?
No contract needed — ever. Book individual services or save more with our Silver, Gold,
or Platinum packages. Flexible, simple, no commitment.
Q7: How long does a pool opening take?
Most pool openings are completed in a single visit. Depending on the condition of your
pool it may take a day or two for the water to fully clear after treatment — that's
completely normal and part of the process.
Q8: Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily. As long as our technicians have safe access to your pool and equipment
you don't need to be present. We'll keep you updated throughout the visit.
Q9: Can I provide my own chemicals?
Yes you can, but they need to be the correct type, stored properly, and accessible to our
technicians. Keep in mind that chemical quality varies so results may vary. We'll
provide a recommended list after your first service visit.
